Thanks, Keng Yew for the comment. You are right. A global brand like Burger King should take the Web seriously. The Burger King Malaysia ‘under construction’ page is quite a joke, I must say.

@meta4, dude, ur absolutely right, i was gonna order pizza LAST NIGHT and i ended up going to dominos because pizza hut wouldnt load..
@Lim, brader pleassse write another scathing review on this topic.. hopefully let them realize a web presence is not an option it is a necessity take it seriously

I will go check out the Pizza Hut’s site. They should have something like “if you don’t see a page load up in 0.5 second, you’ll get a free pizza.” LOL

Awful indeed. Looks like the marketing folks lost the brand bible. Unbelievable, coming from an international brand.

And while we’re on the subject of fast food brands in Malaysia, let me say the pizza hut website is gawd awful slow. Fast food should have a fast web. I think the amount of time it took to order a pizza pie for delivery, I could have it delivered by then. The operators aren’t fantastic either but way faster than the web. Sheesh. Want a laugh, ask the operator to pronounce “anchovies”.
